A Magical Weekend in Spain with Hola Babysitters
This past weekend, I had the incredible opportunity to work alongside my amazing team from Spain—Cristina and Paula—providing wedding childcare at the beautiful La Finca de los Oficios. We were entrusted with the care of 16 wonderful children, ranging in age from 1 to 10, during the wedding of Diego and María.
From the moment we arrived, we knew it was going to be a fantastic experience. The stunning venue, the joyful atmosphere, and, most importantly, the little ones’ excitement made our job an absolute delight. The wedding planners from Limón y Sal wedding planner did a phenomenal job arranging everything for us, ensuring that the childcare service ran smoothly and seamlessly integrated with the couple’s special day.
A Day Full of Fun and Smiles
Our goal was to create a magical experience for the children while their parents enjoyed the celebration, and we certainly achieved that! We organized a variety of fun activities, including:
🎨 Arts and Crafts Corner – The kids unleashed their creativity with painting and DIY crafts, making beautiful keepsakes to take home.
🎈 Games and Playtime – From traditional group games to interactive storytelling, we kept the little ones engaged and entertained.
🧩 Cozy Chill-Out Area – For the younger ones, we set up a quiet space with soft mats and books, perfect for a little rest when needed.
🍰 Mini-Feast – Thanks to the amazing catering team, the children enjoyed delicious and kid-friendly snacks throughout the evening.
The best part? Seeing the smiles on their faces and knowing that both the kids and their parents were having a stress-free, enjoyable time. It was heartwarming to hear the couple express their gratitude, saying how much peace of mind it gave them to have their children in such good hands.
